For firms with an existing ASEAN counterparty — a distributor, joint-venture partner, or long-term supplier — who wish to take measured stock of where things stand. We listen carefully on both sides and offer a written review with considered adjustments.
A short written response to a single cross-cultural question — the wording of a delicate message, the framing of a concession, a point of protocol before a meeting. Roughly 1,500 words, delivered within two weeks, with one follow-up call.
